Qualifications

• Experience of working in the Care Sector preferred.
• NVQ level 2 desirable.
• An interest in caring for the service user group.

Responsibilities

• Understand and provide care for residents that meets individual needs.
• Understand the effect on care on residents and families.
• Assist the resident in daily care needs while promoting independence.
• Read Care Plans to promote continuity of care.
• Complete and record documentation including food/fluid intake and daily notes.
