Job summary

Highgate Care is a small, compassionate care group dedicated to truly person-centred care at The Elms in Louth. We are looking for a Care Assistant who brings warmth, energy and creativity to enrich our residents’ lives and support dignity and independence.

You’ll be part of a close-knit team, providing hands-on care, engaging residents in meaningful activities, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The role is permanent, full-time and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with daily living activities (washing, toileting, dressing).
• Assist with physical, emotional and spiritual care while preserving dignity and comfort.
• Attend to residents with limited mobility, using aids provided.
• Record daily care notes and contribute to care planning.
• Support social activities and hobbies within the home.
