Qualifications

• Experience is not required as a thorough induction and training programme is provided.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrates initiative, respect towards residents and team members, and the ability to follow instruction.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with all personal hygiene needs to promote independence, dignity and respect.
• Identify and raise clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure injuries, falls, infections) promptly.
• Be courteous to residents and visitors, protecting dignity and individuality at all times.
• Follow safe working practices across all tasks.
