• Reliable, respectful, and adaptable to cover a range of duties at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene to maintain independence, dignity and respect.
• Monitor health signals such as weight loss, risk of falls, infections, and report concerns promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors courteously, upholding dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe systems of work across all tasks.
