Job summary

OSJCT Group is seeking a Care Assistant at Millbrook Lodge in Brockworth. The role is 36 hours per week with alternate weekends, paying £13.67 per hour.

You will support daily routines and personal care, helping residents live with dignity and respect in a not-for-profit environment. We welcome experienced carers and those new to care, offering induction training, ongoing development, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily routines and personal care such as washing and bathing.
• Support residents to maintain independence, comfort and safety, and engage in meaningful activities.
