• Support daily/nightly living: personal care, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of residents.
• Provide person-centred care: tailor care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident.
• Promote independence: encourage residents to make personal care choices and support their self-care and independence.
• Build relationships: establish supportive connections with residents, families and colleagues.
