Qualifications

• Efficient, able to follow reasonable instructions from team members.
• Able to be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene to promote independence, dignity and respect.
• Identify and escalate clinical risks (weight loss, pressure injuries, falls, infections) promptly.
• Treat residents and visitors with courtesy, preserving dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe working practices across all tasks.
