Job summary

Optimo Care Group is looking for a Care Assistant to support people in their own homes in Crosby and Formby. You will help with daily tasks, promote independence, and build meaningful relationships with those you support.

We offer a rate of £13.51 per hour with 30p per mile for client visits, plus full-time or part-time hours (minimum 20 hours per week). Full training, two-week rotas, and progression opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Opportunity to progress within the Optimo Care Group.
• Driving may be required for some routes with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support people in their own homes to live independently.
• Help with daily routines: personal care, meals, and medication.
• Provide companionship and liaise with families and colleagues.
