Job summary

ICare Group is recruiting Home Care Assistants to support clients in the Bootle area (L20). You will help people stay independent at home, maintaining dignity and quality of life.

Shifts are flexible across 7am–10pm, Monday to Sunday. The role offers a £13.45–£13.70 per hour wage, a £125 welcome bonus, and comprehensive training. No previous care experience is required as full induction is provided.

Qualifications

• Driver applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist with washing, dressing and daily routines.
• Help with meals and nutrition.
• Provide medication prompts and follow care plans.
• Conduct wellbeing and safety checks.
• Support with light household tasks to maintain a comfortable home.
