Kara Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to support residents in care homes and provide home care services. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs, ensuring residents feel safe and valued.

Formación

Clear spoken and written English communication.
Experience working in a care home or with home care services is desirable.
Basic IT skills for recording and communicating information.
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks.
Compassionate, patient and respectful approach to residents.

Responsabilidades

Assist residents and clients with daily activities (hygiene, dressing, mobility).
Follow care plans to deliver personalised support.
Support with medication administration per instructions.
Maintain accurate records of care and changes.
Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding as required.
Encourage social activities and promote wellbeing.
Keep environments safe, clean and comfortable.
Use IT systems to update records efficiently.
Support outings or appointments as needed.
