Qualifications

• Desirable: previous care home experience or a Health and Social Care qualification.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with companionship and personal care.
• Observe behaviour and document/report changes per legislation.
• Support nutrition and hydration according to care plans.
• Provide physical and mental stimulation through activities.
• Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with the team and residents.
