Job summary

Hartwig Care Limited is hiring in London area to support clients at home. This full-time permanent role offers guaranteed hours, paid training and a friendly team. The position covers Barnet and surrounding boroughs with shifts 8am–8pm and 5pm–10pm, Monday to Friday, with eligibility for enhanced rates on unsociable hours.

You will provide daily living support, personal care, companionship and help with planning care, while recording visits accurately and adhering to care plans.

• Supporting clients in daily life: meal prep, medication prompts and domestic tasks.
• Assisting with personal care.

• Recording and reporting daily visit information accurately.
