Job summary

Healthcare Homes Holdings Limited seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to support clients in Harlow and surrounding areas. You will provide person-centred care in clients' homes, assist with daily living, medications, meal prep, and companionship.

The role offers full-time, part-time, or flexible hours, pay £13.80–£14.30 per hour, and comprehensive training. Access to transport is an asset; full PPE provided; join a supportive local team with ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and caring by nature.
• Strong communication skills with clients and team.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care such as hygiene, washing and dressing.
• Assist with administering medication under guidance.
• Help with meal preparation and nutrition.
• Offer companionship and social interaction, plus light domestic tasks and shopping as needed.
