Nazareth is seeking Care Assistants in Greater London to provide high-quality daily living support for residents. You will help with personal care, hygiene, and daily activities while maintaining dignity and respect for each individual.

You will work within a supportive team, contribute to care plans, and engage with families to offer compassionate, professional assistance according to Nazareth Care Charitable Trust policies.

Qualifikationen

• Two satisfactory references required.
• Enhanced DBS/PVG disclosure required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to undertake training.

Aufgaben

• Assist residents with personal care including washing and dressing.
• Monitor residents' health in collaboration with the team and liaise with senior staff.
• Provide emotional support to residents and involve families where appropriate.
