Qualifications

• Experience not required as thorough induction and training are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents in personal hygiene to maintain independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognising and escalating clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls or infections in residents.
• Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, upholding the dignity and individuality of each resident.
• Practising safe systems of work across all tasks.
