No prior experience is required as a thorough induction and training programme will help you build confidence and develop in your role. DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal hygiene, supporting independence, dignity and respect.
• Identify clinical risk areas (weight loss, pressure sores, falls, infections) and escalate as needed.
• Be courteous to residents and visitors, preserving dignity and individuality.
• Follow safe working practices across all tasks.
