Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our Dementia, Nursing, Residential and Specialist care homes. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you’ll support residents with their physical, emotional and social wellbeing, including personal care, meals and daily activities.

You’ll aim to preserve individuality and provide care with heart and respect. We emphasise safeguarding, training and development, and a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Help residents with daily activities and provide care with dignity and compassion.
