Orchard Care Homes is seeking a Care Assistant for Green Lodge Care Home in Billingham, Stockton-on-Tees. You will support residents with daily needs, delivering compassionate personal care and helping with meals in a warm, dignified environment.

The role offers full and part-time hours (22–44 hrs/week) with opportunities for professional growth, employee discounts, recognition schemes, and confidential support services through an EAP. DBS check is fully funded.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene.

• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing.
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to individual preferences.
• Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
