• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate initiative and be respectful towards residents and staff.
• Be adaptable and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of personal care and contribute to continuity of services for residents.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene ensuring independence, dignity and respect.
• Recognise and escalate clinical risks such as weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls or infections.
• Maintain courteous interactions with residents and visitors and work across the care team.
