OSJCT's Chilterns Court Care Centre in Henley-on-Thames is looking for a dedicated Care Assistant. You will help with daily routines and personal care, ensuring residents receive compassionate, respectful support in a warm, home-like setting.

We offer induction training and ongoing development, with 37.5 hours per week and weekend options. As a not-for-profit trust, we reinvest in homes, residents and staff, providing a supportive work life and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome but not required.
• Ability to communicate with residents, families and team members.
• Willingness to work as part of a compassionate, person-centred team.

Responsibilities

• Support daily routines and personal care with dignity and respect.
• Assist residents with washing, bathing and toilet use as needed.
• Contribute to a happy, safe and homely environment for residents.
