Orders of St. John Care Trust in Henley-on-Thames is seeking Night Care Assistants to join Chilterns Court Care Centre. You will provide compassionate care to residents, supporting daily routines in a warm, respectful environment.

We offer full and part-time hours at £13.78 per hour, with weekend and NVQ enhancements, induction training and ongoing development. The trust reinvests in homes and staff, with extensive benefits and support networks.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work in elder care with empathy and patience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines and personal care (washing, bathing, supporting toilet use).
• Support residents to maintain independence and comfort in a homely setting.
