HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in the United Kingdom. This full-time role (33 hours per week) focuses on supporting residents with personal care, daily activities and wellbeing under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

You will contribute to compassionate, person-centred care while adhering to safeguarding practices and continuing professional development opportunities within HC-One’s supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Assist with personal care, meals, dressing and hygiene.
• Work under guidance of a Registered Nurse.
• Recognise safeguarding signs and participate in safeguarding training.
