Job summary

HC-One Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.

You will work under a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate personal care and support residents’ daily activities, promoting dignity and independence in a dementia, nursing, residential or specialist setting. Qualifications

• Experience in personal care and social support.
• Ability to assist with daily activities and mobility.
• Willingness to participate in safeguarding training.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing and hygiene.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional and social wellbeing.
• Assist with meals and daily activities in the home.
• Follow care plans and report concerns promptly.
