Job summary

HC-One is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for our care homes in the United Kingdom. You will support residents under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, helping with personal care, meals and daily activities to promote dignity and well‑being.

You will engage with residents compassionately, recognise changing needs and contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive environment. A commitment to safeguarding and ongoing development is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for others is desirable.
• Ability to support residents with personal care and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the physical, emotional and social wellbeing of residents.
• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Assist with daily activities and offer companionship and reassurance.
