No two individuals are the same, and you'll take the time to understand each person's routines, preferences and support needs. Whether you're supporting someone to enjoy time in the garden, accompanying them to appointments such as hydrotherapy, assisting with meals, or simply ensuring they are comfortable and happy in their home, you'll play an important role in their daily lives. The role involves providing full personal care, supporting with medication administration, meal preparation and specialist feeding support. Two of the people we support have SALT guidelines in place, and one person receives nutrition via a PEG feed, with full training provided.
