Springcare is looking for caring individuals to join our team and make a real difference in residents' lives. You will provide compassionate support, assist with daily activities, and help maintain dignity and independence across our facilities.

We offer 24-hour care coverage with day shifts from 8am to 8pm and night shifts from 8pm to 8am, plus access to pension, training for recognised qualifications, and wellbeing support. If you share our values, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• Two written references required
• DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check depending on role
• Evidence of a right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Helping with washing and dressing
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes
• Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs
• General housekeeping of private bedrooms and communal areas
• Supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through activities
• Providing 24-hour care with day shifts 8am–8pm and night shifts 8pm–8am
