Training is provided, with a focus on positive behaviour support and being part of a supportive team. The role requires flexibility to cover days, nights, sleep-ins, and waking watches across a 24/7 service.

• Ability to follow guidelines within a positive behaviour support setting.
• Flexibility to work a mix of days, nights, sleep-ins and waking watches.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-standard care to residents in a health and social-care setting.
• Support residents in daily activities and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the person’s circle of support to plan goals and outcomes.
