Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not essential for this role.
• Ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting.
• Maturity to work within a positive behaviour support framework and grow in confidence as a practitioner.
• Ability to follow agreed guidelines and work positively within a mutually supportive team ethos.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standard personal care to residents.
• Support residents to stay happy, healthy and achieve their wishes and goals.
• Be flexible to cover a mix of days, night, sleep-in shifts and waking watches.
• Complete training, including online e-learning, via our training academy.
