Job summary

Helping Hands is hiring a Care Assistant to support people at home, helping them live well, stay independent and feel safe. No prior care experience is required, as full training is provided and ongoing support is available.

A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is preferred, along with a flexible approach to shifts and a genuine desire to help others. You will provide companionship, assist with daily personal care and mobility, and help with basic household tasks, errands

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; full training provided.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
