Job summary

Bluebird Care Alton delivers personal, holistic home care, helping clients stay independent and safe in their own homes. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, working either independently or with a caring team to meet individual needs.

We emphasise training, supervision, and ongoing development. Enjoy flexible shifts with full induction, DBS checks, and pension contributions where available.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Aged 18+ and right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• No prior care experience required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, person-centred care in customers’ homes.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Support with nutrition, hydration, meal planning and preparation.
• Help with medications and prescriptions.
• Carry out light housework and domestic tasks.
• Be a dependable, friendly face and build trusted relationships.
