Job summary

Newcross Healthcare is hiring Care Assistants in Plymouth, Devon (PL1) to provide essential care in clients' homes and communities. The role offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible shifts and a fast, mobile app-based shift system, including same-day pay options.

You will work with healthcare professionals to deliver person-centred care, focusing on comfort, safety and wellbeing. Training and development are provided, with employee discounts and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• At least six months of paid UK care experience in the last three years.
• Registration for applicants in Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland such as SSSC, SCW or NISSC. This is not required in England.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
