Maria Mallaband Care Group (MMCG) is recruiting Care Assistants/Carers or Social Workers to support residents with compassion, dignity and respect. You’ll be at the heart of residents’ lives, helping with personal care, daily activities and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Passion for supporting residents with outstanding care.
• Willingness to train; full training provided.
• Flexible to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals, always with kindness and respect.
• Encourage independence and dignity, helping residents feel valued and confident.
• Build trusting, meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each resident’s needs and wishes are honoured.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel at home, cared for and listened to.
