Qualifications

• Experience in care, social work, healthcare, or seeking a career change.

Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with personal care including washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Encourage independence and dignity for residents.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families.
• Contribute to personalised care plans respecting each resident's needs.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel at home.
