Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking Care Assistants to support residents with compassion and dignity across care homes nationwide. Roles include Carers and Social Worker pathways, with a focus on wellbeing, independence and personalised care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in caring for residents with compassion and dignity.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training and development.

Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with personal care such as washing, dressing, hygiene and meals.
• Encourage independence and dignity, helping residents feel valued and confident in themselves.
• Build trusting, meaningful relationships that bring comfort and companionship to residents and their families.
• Contribute to personalised care plans, ensuring each resident's needs and wishes are honoured.
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel at home, cared for and listened to.
