Jasmine Healthcare is seeking a Residential Care Home Care Assistant for Oxendon House Care Home in Market Harborough. This full-time role runs 7am–7pm on a three-shift pattern and includes alternate weekends, giving you the chance to provide compassionate care and support with daily living in a welcoming setting.

We offer top-quartile market salaries, annual pay rises of up to 8%, 28 days holiday, a NEST pension with 3% employer contribution, funded training up to £500, and practical benefits

Qualifications

• Clear motivations and/or relevant experience.
• Residing 30 minutes or less near to the care home.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Written and oral communication skills.
• A caring and nurturing attitude.
• A positive and enthusiastic mindset.
• Time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality personal care and support with daily living (washing, dressing, eating).
• Promote residents' independence with dignity and respect.
• Complete Daily Charts to 90%+ accuracy in audits.
• Stay 100% current with mandatory training throughout the year.
