Job summary

Quality Service Recruitment Limited seeks Care Assistants for a large elderly care home across two sites in Mansfield. You will support residents with daily activities, promote participation, and engage in conversations over a cuppa.

DBS within 6 months is preferred; sponsorship is not offered. Roles involve following care plans, logging information, and working with the existing team to deliver high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months experience in an Elderly Care environment.
• Empathetic, patient, and motivated attitude towards care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing essential paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, ensuring comfort and hygiene, preserving dignity of residents.
• Follow individualised care plans to meet physical and emotional needs.
• Complete logs and report issues as they arise to the team.
• Work effectively and professionally alongside the care team.
