Job summary

Evolve Staffing Ltd is seeking compassionate Band 2 Healthcare Assistants (HCA) to join dedicated care teams across leading Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Residential Homes and Dementia Care Facilities in Govan, Glasgow City and surrounding areas. You will deliver person-centred care to elderly residents and those living with dementia, promoting independence and dignity in a busy residential setting.

This role offers flexible shifts and competitive pay for caring professionals.

Qualifications

• Care Home experience preferred with UK settings.
• Care Certificate or NVQ/QCF Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care is preferred.
• DBS check and right to work in the UK required.
• References from recent care employers (last 3 years) available on request.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ADL support with dignity and respect.
• Assist with mobility and transfers using hoists and equipment.
• Support residents at meals and monitor dietary needs.
• Maintain accurate care records and daily logs.
• Adhere to infection control, PPE use and safeguarding policies.
