Home-Well Homecare in Scarborough and Pickering is seeking relief care workers to provide compassionate, person-centred home care. The role covers personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and assisting clients with community access to promote independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Personal care support, including medication reminders and personal hygiene.
• Meal and Fluid preparation
• Accessing the community, assisting clients with shopping and errands.
• Travel to and accompaniment to social and medical appointments.
• End of Life Care
• Support with discharge from hospital
• Dementia Care
• Sit in Care
• Domestic duties and housekeeping
