Job summary

Exemplar Health Care is seeking a Health Care Assistant for night shifts at Fairwinds care home in Rotherham. You will support adults with complex care needs to live their best lives, with duties including personal care, mealtimes, health and wellbeing, social activities, and maintaining care records.

We value caring, compassionate individuals who are great listeners, calm under pressure, and able to work as part of a supportive team. Induction and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in care settings welcome but not essential.
• We value relevant experience and qualifications but they aren’t essential for this role.
