Job summary

Care Concern Group Limited in Didcot, Oxfordshire, seeks a dedicated Care Assistant to help provide Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite care for residents. You will support daily living, personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, following care plans to promote dignity and wellbeing.

Open to experienced carers or those new to care, with full training and ongoing development. Alternate weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living: personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
• Follow care plans to ensure safe and consistent care.

• Be available for alternate weekend work.
