Job summary

Springcare is recruiting a Care Assistant in the United Kingdom. We offer 24 - 36 hours per week across part-time and full-time contracts, with 24-hour care coverage and supportive team.

You will provide compassionate care, assist with daily tasks, and help residents live with dignity and respect. Full training and DBS checks are provided, and you’ll join a friendly team dedicated to wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Two written references are required.
• DBS check (standard/enhanced) depending on role.
• Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Helping with washing and dressing.
• Assisting with feeding and mealtimes.
• Finding out and knowing residents' interests and needs.
• General housekeeping of bedrooms and communal areas.
• Supporting residents’ physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
• Providing 24-hour care; day shifts 8am–8pm and night shifts 8pm–8am.
