Job summary

Springcare is seeking carers to join our team for 48 hours per week, delivering 24-hour care to residents. You will help with daily activities and enable residents to live fulfilling lives, with dignity and respect.

We value compassion, resilience, and excellent communication. Successful applicants will have DBS checks and the right to work in the UK, with training and progression opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates compassion, sensitivity and understanding.
• A desire to help people and improve residents' lives.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with washing and dressing residents.
• Help with feeding and mealtimes.
• Know residents' interests and needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of private bedrooms and communal areas.
• Support residents' physical and mental wellbeing through activities.
