Job summary

Sirona Medical Limited in Harlow is recruiting caring, reliable Care Assistants and Support Workers to help residents stay independent. You will follow care plans, assist with personal care and practical tasks in a care home setting.

We offer flexible hours: part-time and full-time, weekday and weekend shifts, with pay £10-£12 per hour and enhanced rate on bank holidays. DBS checks and references required; join a team committed to compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in care is welcome, with a positive and caring attitude.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and deliver quality care.
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain residents' dignity.

Responsibilities

• Follow residents' care plans and assist with personal care.
• Support residents with toileting, washing and dressing.
• Maintain residents' dignity and independence.
• Monitor residents' conditions (temperature, pulse, etc.).
• Assist with lifting, moving and laundry tasks.
