Job summary

Sirona Medical Limited in Northampton is seeking Care Assistants to support residents in a care home offering dementia and elderly care. You will follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, and help maintain dignity and independence in a supportive environment.

We welcome compassionate individuals with a caring attitude and strong teamwork. Hours are flexible, with part-time or full-time shifts, and pay rates range from £10 to £12 per hour, with enhanced rates on bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is preferred.
• Caring attitude with good communication skills.
• Reliability and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Following residents specific care plans;
• Support residents with personal care (toileting, washing and dressing);
• Maintain residents dignity and independence;
• Monitoring residents conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, etc;
• Manual handling - Lifting and helping residents move around;
• Practical support - Making beds, preparing food & Laundry.
