Signature Senior Lifestyle in Banstead is seeking a Care Assistant to join our luxury care and nursing home. We offer flexible full and part-time hours, with full-time day shifts available and alternate weekends.

From £13.75 per hour, you’ll play a vital role in providing compassionate care and creating a home-like environment for residents. We emphasise development and support with ongoing training, a staff wellbeing program, and fringe benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; good written and verbal communication.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is a big advantage.
• Some IT skills encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating and drinking.
• Help residents move around and participate in activities.
• Develop and contribute to residents Care Plans with awareness of specialist needs.
