Job summary

CCH Group is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to support local residents in the Forest of Dean area. This role focuses on providing companionship, personal care, and practical support with empathy and professionalism.

You will assist with daily living activities, meals, and mobility, while maintaining dignity and respect for clients. Flexible hours and mileage reimbursement are available.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective communication across all levels.
• Demonstrates a sincere interest in working with our specific client group.
• Successfully passed DBS screening.
• Patience, compassion & a positive attitude at all times.
• Demonstrate eagerness to engage in vocational training programs, continually enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Display initiative and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Companionship– being a friendly face & preventing loneliness.

• Medication– collecting prescriptions & providing reminders.
