Qualifications

• No prior experience required; good written and verbal communication are essential.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with washing, dressing, eating, drinking and mobility.
• Provide general and dementia-specific care that respects residents' dignity.
• Develop and contribute to residents' care plans with families.
