Qualifications

• Good English (written and verbal).

• Effective communication to build rapport with residents.
• Problem-solving to address changes quickly.
• Ability to assist residents with daily tasks per care plan.
• Previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Place residents at heart of care and respect their preferences.
• Contribute to efficient running of the service.
• Support residents to maintain community connections.
• Follow care plans and information related to residents.
• Inform Senior Care Assistant/Nurse of changes in residents' needs.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of those being supported.
