No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided, focusing on dignity, person-centred care and accurate care plans. This role offers weekend shifts and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Good English (written and verbal).
• Proficient written skills to maintain care plans and records.
• Communication skills to build rapport with residents and inform colleagues.
• Problem-solving skills to adapt to situations and address needs.
• Ability to assist residents with daily tasks following care plans.

Responsabilités

• Ensure residents are at the heart of care delivery.
• Contribute to the efficient running of the service.
• Support residents to maintain relationships with their local community.
• Follow care plans and other supporting information.
• Inform Senior Care Assistant/Nurse of any changes in residents’ needs.
• Promote and safeguard residents' welfare.
