Job summary

Connected Health is hiring Care Assistants to provide compassionate in-home support in Dunmurry and surrounding areas. No prior homecare experience is required as accredited training and ongoing development are provided. On-site roles with flexible full-time or part-time shifts and a driver’s licence are preferred to reach clients in their homes.

Pay starts at £13.10–£14.10 per hour, with additional benefits and opportunities for career growth in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare is helpful but not essential.
• Good standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Must have a valid driver’s licence and access to your own car.
• Available to work alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support according to each service user’s care plan.
• Maintain service users’ dignity, independence and choices.
• Maintain professional relationships with service users, families, colleagues and healthcare professionals.
• Document changes in condition or circumstances to the supervisor.
• Complete care records and timesheets as required.
• Attend induction, training, and team meetings.
